Join us as we further democratize data and build exceptional data products for the company.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership: Hire, coach, mentor, and provide career development for a team of data engineers.\n\nTechnical Guidance: Provide deep technical expertise in data engineering within a scalable ecosystem.\n\nEngineering Excellence: Drive cultural and process improvements to elevate quality and efficiency.\n\nCollaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Teams, Data Science, and Analytics Platform) to foster a collaborative culture.\n\nQualifications\nAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
