By helping security and IT teams protect sensitive data, uphold governance standards, and manage risk at scale, Guard enables leaders to safely accelerate AI adoption and new ways of working\nWe're looking for a Mobile Engineer to help bring these security and audit experiences to mobile, building native iOS apps that let customers monitor activity, investigate issues, and stay in control wherever they are.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and ship iOS features using Swift; write clean, test-driven code.\n\nTranslate UX/UI designs into intuitive, accessible iOS interfaces.\n\nOptimize app performance (launch time, memory footprint, network efficiency) and ensure high reliability through crash monitoring and robust error handling.\n\nCollaborate with backend, platform, and web teams to keep feature parity and consistent behavior across platforms.\n\nHandle sensitive customer data responsibly, with security and privacy built in from the start.\n\nMaintain high test coverage with unit, integration, and UI tests (XCTest, XCUITest); conduct code reviews and collaborate on technical direction.\n\nComfortable stepping beyond IOS to contribute to Atlassian's frontend web stack when the work calls for it\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of native iOS development with Swift;
