Our mission is to deliver reliable, accurate, and actionable metrics end-to-end. Our FY27 focus is specifically on AI-usage telemetry.\nThis role is for one of our pillars of work called Metric RCA (Root cause analysis), covering mainly 2 topics:\nRemediation: Canonical dashboards/alerts, data replay and automated RCA to resolve metric anomalies.\n\nPrevention: Synthetic end-to-end testing and deployment-integrated metric signals that catch regressions before they reach production.\n\nWhat you'll work on\nBuild and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated RCA processes for AI-related metrics\n\nDevelop data replay capabilities to reconstruct and validate metrics\n\nDesign and implement unified alerting across metric streams\n\nBuild synthetic test infrastructure for metric signal validation\n\nIntegrate metric quality signals directly into deployment pipelines\n\nAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
