HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:
- Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
- Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
- Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
- Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
- Language Maestro: Fluent in Norwegian, good English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A problem-solving, can-do mindset
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
- Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
- Availability to work in shifts
- Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language
- Minimum B2 English
- Clean criminal record
- Valid work permit or European passport

- • Fixed salary plus performance bonuses

- Relocation Package is included:
- • For Content Moderation / Digital Trust & Safety roles: up to 21 days of hotel or shared-apartment accommodation covered, plus a €1,500 relocation bonus paid in two installments
- • For other roles: flight covered up to €150, up to 21 days of accommodation, help securing an apartment in Sofia, and a €300/month gross accommodation allowance
