This is a high-impact, zero-bureaucracy role where you will work directly with the founders to build the systems that power real-world call centers, compliance pipelines, consent management, and AI agent orchestration.\nYou will shape architecture, ship fast, and help define a product that already reaches tens of thousands of customers every week. The work spans LLM integrations, real-time call flows, backend infra, dashboards, and compliance features that must be rock solid.\nWe are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys owning entire features end-to-end, and wants to build a category-defining product from the earliest days.\nWhat you will do\nDesign, build, and deploy core systems across our Voice AI platform including agent flows, routing rules, transcription pipelines, compliance logic, and call analytics.\nLead development on our Next.js front-end, FastAPI backend, and Supabase Postgres database.\nArchitect reliable and high-precision compliance features such as consent checks, quiet-hour enforcement, call ledger events, and audit trails.\nBuild tools that help customers manage locations, call scripts, commitments, and performance dashboards.\nImprove real-time call stability, latency, and failover using our telecom partners, Redis, and event-driven workers.\nOwn production incidents end-to-end, from root-cause to fix.\nShip features fast, iterate directly with customers, and help drive engineering culture and standards.\nWork closely with founders on product strategy and long-term technical direction.\nWhat you need to have\nExperience building and deploying AI agents \nDeep understanding on how to extract the most out of AI coding tools without losing engineering fundamentals\nExperience with Python or TypeScript backend services, ideally including FastAPI or Node.\nProficiency with relational databases (Postgres), SQL, and schema design.\nComfort working across the stack and taking ownership of complex, messy problems.\nClear communication and a bias toward action, iteration, and customer-driven thinking.\nBonus points\nExperience with telephony, audio streaming, SIP, WebRTC, or real-time systems.\nPrior work on LLM Evals\nExperience with Supabase, Redis, Porter, or AWS.\nBackground working in regulated markets (finance, healthcare, collections, automotive).\nWhat’s in it for you\nA true founding seat where your decisions shape the architecture and the product.\nMassive ownership across system design, product direction, and culture.\nDirect exposure to real customers, real data, and real usage within days of shipping.\nFast pace with zero red tape.
