But we're still early.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for an iOS Engineer to build and scale the Atlys iOS app, helping millions of travellers apply for visas faster and with less uncertainty, right from their phones.\nThis role is for someone with a strong foundation in native iOS development who obsesses over performance, polish and reliability, and who enjoys owning features end to end.\nThe Job\nBuild and ship core app experiences in Swift and SwiftUI across the visa journey, from discovery and document upload to payments and application tracking.\n\nOwn app quality and performance, keeping launch time, crash rates, memory usage and app size in check across devices, iOS versions and network conditions.\n\nBring AI into the app by turning AI-powered flows such as smart document capture, conversational assistance into fast, native experiences.\n\nShip fast with product, design and backend, running experiments and iterating on features based on data.\n\nRaise the engineering bar through clean architecture, thoughtful code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\nYou'll likely thrive in this role if you:\nHave 3-5 years of iOS development experience, including shipping and scaling at least one consumer app on the App Store.\n\nAre exceptionally strong in Swift, including Swift Concurrency (async/await), with hands-on experience in SwiftUI and UIKit.\n\nHave a solid grasp of modern app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture or TCA), dependency injection and modularisation with Swift Package Manager.\n\nHave built robust networking and data layers using REST/GraphQL APIs, URLSession, Core Data or SwiftData, and offline-first patterns.\n\nKnow how to measure and improve app health using tools such as Xcode Instruments, Firebase Crashlytics, XCTest and analytics or experimentation SDKs.\n\nHere's what you can expect:\nCompetitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.\n\nComprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.\n\nA thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.\n\nLunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.\n\nLearning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.\n\nRelocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.\n\nGreat tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.\n\nAn office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.\n\nOur values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers.
