But we’re still early.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital, social media, creative, campaigns, and external agency coordination.\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand communication, be comfortable managing multiple projects, and be able to work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.\nThe Job\nOwn end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance tracking.\n\nDevelop marketing initiatives aligned with business and brand objectives.\n\nManage social media, including content planning, calendars, campaigns, and communication.\n\nDrive creative development with internal teams and external partners.\n\nManage agencies and freelancers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.\n\nSupport brand-building initiatives and maintain consistency across communication.\n\nIdentify trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.\n\nManage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring quality and timely delivery.\n\nTrack campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.\n\nContribute to new marketing ideas, activations, partnerships, and collaborations.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\nYou’ll likely thrive in this role if you:\n4-7 years of experience in marketing, brand, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.\n\nStrong understanding of social media, content, creative communication, and marketing campaigns.\n\nExperience working with creative and/or digital agencies is preferred.\n\nStrong project management and coordination skills.\n\nGood communication and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCreative mindset with a strong eye for content and communication.\n\nComfortable working with data and campaign performance metrics.\n\nProficiency with common marketing, social media, and productivity tools.\n\nWe hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts.
