But we’re still early.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Program Manager, Influencer Marketing to build and scale Atlys' influencer marketing engine from the ground up.\nYou'll own the end-to-end influencer marketing program, from identifying and onboarding creators to developing campaign strategies, negotiating partnerships and driving content production at scale. You'll work across creator categories, from nano and micro-influencers to celebrities, building a network that generates authentic content, strengthens brand awareness and drives measurable customer acquisition.\nThis is a high-ownership role combining influencer strategy, creative execution, commercial management and performance analytics. You'll be responsible for building scalable processes, managing budgets and ensuring that every campaign delivers measurable business impact.\nThe Job\nBuild the influencer marketing program: Develop the overall creator strategy across platforms, categories and creator tiers, identifying the right mix of influencers to drive reach, engagement and conversions.\n\nOwn influencer partnerships: Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage creator partnerships, including commercial agreements, deliverables and long-term relationships.\n\nDrive campaign execution: Plan and execute influencer campaigns end to end, from briefing and content ideation to production, publishing and performance tracking.\n\nManage budgets and performance: Own campaign budgets, track spends and evaluate performance through metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per view, cost per visit, CAC and cost per application.\n\nBuild a scalable creator network: Establish a strong pipeline of creators, agencies and talent partners while developing processes for sourcing, onboarding and managing partnerships at scale.\n\nDrive creative quality: Work closely with creators and internal creative teams to develop compelling content that aligns with Atlys' brand and drives audience action.\n\nBuild operational excellence: Create systems for campaign planning, creator tracking, contract management, payments, content approvals and reporting.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally: Work with Brand, Growth, Performance Marketing and Creative teams to identify winning content and amplify high-performing creator campaigns.\n\nLead and scale the function: Build and manage a team or pod as the program grows, ensuring consistent execution and quality across campaigns.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\nYou'll likely thrive in this role if you:\nHave 4-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, partnerships or digital marketing.\n\nHave hands-on experience building and managing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms and creator categories.\n\nHave strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing creator budgets, partnerships and agency relationships.\n\nAre data-driven and comfortable analysing campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CAC and conversion metrics.\n\nHave strong creative instincts and understand what makes influencer content engaging, authentic and effective.\n\nHave experience managing high-volume campaigns and building processes to scale creator partnerships.\n\nAre equally comfortable with strategy, stakeholder management and hands-on execution.\n\nHave strong ownership, project management and problem-solving skills, and can operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWe hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts.
