This role will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Gen AI solutions, leveraging large and small language models (LLMs) and AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, and Ollama. The architect will collaborate closely with engineering teams, data scientists and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure & high-performance AI systems.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDefine end-to-end architecture for Gen AI-powered applications and platforms.\nDesign scalable, secure, and resilient AI solution architectures aligned with business goals.\nSelect and standardise LLM platforms, frameworks, and tooling across the organisation.\nEstablish architectural patterns for RAG, agents, fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, and inference pipelines.\nLead adoption of Gen AI tech, including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, and Ollama.\nDrive model selection, fine-tuning strategies, and optimisation approaches.\nDefine best practices for AI performance, cost optimisation, latency, and scalability.\nAddress AI governance challenges, including model drift, bias, explainability, and compliance.\nArchitect and oversee the deployment of AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nDefine MLOps architecture for CI/CD, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.\nEstablish standards for containerization, orchestration & infrastructure automation using Docker & Kubernetes\nGuide teams on data preprocessing, storage, and retrieval for AI training and inference.\nEnsure integration with NoSQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. ).\nReview designs, conduct architectural governance, and ensure adherence to standards.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 4+ years in AI / ML / Gen AI solutions.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Gen AI platforms: OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Ollama, and ElevenLabs.\nExpertise in Python and/or JavaScript for AI and platform development.\nDeep understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras).\nStrong experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.\nHands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nExperience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or digital banking is highly preferred.\nBachelor's degree in computer science.\nExcellent verbal and
