position requires professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake responsibility for managing the execution and timely delivery of engagements from start to finish. \nManage the entire Project Management Life Cycle, including resources, budgets, and project schedules. \nBe held accountable for developing a consolidated view of the project deliverables, milestones, roadmaps, and iterations/sprints/schedules to meet on-time deliveries within the scope and budget, ensuring visibility and the highest client satisfaction. \nCommunicate effectively, including providing direction and feedback to relevant stakeholders, managing expectations and conflicts or obstacles, and addressing unexpected difficulties. \nIdentify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies using best-practice problem-solving techniques. \nDefine and employ effective escalation paths and communicate with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. \nLead and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders from all levels, including business relationship meetings and technical team meetings to determine progress and facilitate resolution to questions or challenges. \nLeverage traditional project management and Agile practices to deliver projects, including backlog/requirements refinement, sprints/iteration planning and execution, clarifying a definition-of-done, team communication, progress visualization, retrospectives, and demos. \nTrack and provide weekly budget and status reporting for project engagements. \nManage multiple projects concurrently at various levels of maturity. \nSkills & Experience\nStrong verbal/oral/written communication skills, including business level proficiency in English AND Spanish \nAbility to clearly understand the overall vision, scale, scope, expected outcomes, business impact, and milestones of their engagements. \nProven project leadership skills, ability to quickly organize teams towards a project goal with little to no supervision. \nProficiency with tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub. \nAbility to deal with ambiguity and change by applying proven project management skills. \nAbility to build trust and create relationships with internal teams and with external stakeholders through interpersonal skills like mentoring and coaching. \nProficient in the technical skills of an Agile Project Manager, including strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with a focus on details. \n10+ years’ experience working as a full-lifecycle project manager using modern Agile Project Management methodologies. \n5+ years’ experience leading Scrum events and backlog refinement sessions. \n8+ years of hands-on experience managing business or technical project budgets, risks, and issues. \n5+ years of experience leading and managing projects within consulting (professional and managed services projects) \nExperience in leading cloud transformation projects using Azure or AWS (Datacenter Migration, Azure DevOps, App Modernization,
