Also, in charge of resolving complex accounting issues resulting from routine and non-routine accounting transactions.\n Responsibilities:\nManages a team of accountants and/or a complex process that interacts with multiple individuals outside of the department. \nEnsures the timely recording, analyzing and reporting of accounting transactions including quarterly reserve analysis. \nReviews general ledger entries, account reconciliations, internal and external reports, schedules and statements. \nResponds to inquiries received from management, internal and external auditors, Sarbanes-Oxley audit group and others regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc. \nReviews existing internal controls on a regular basis and develops new internal controls as necessary. \nMakes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures. \nImplements new accounting standards. \nProvides training to new and existing staff as needed. \nProtects organization's value by keeping information confidential.\nCreates monthly outlook \nResponsible for annual standards updates \n Education, Licenses, Certifications\nCollege, University, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldor relevant experience required\nBase salary range: $105,011 to $131,263/ year\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
