TN\nLength of Role: 6 months- minimum, 9-12 months, highly preferred.\nEducation: BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering\nThe Student Engineering Co-op will gain knowledge and support experienced engineering staff in one or more of the following areas:\nProduct Design, Development & Validation: Assist with 3D CAD modeling, process engineering changes, and support validation/verification planning for filtration and separation systems.\nTest Engineering & Prototyping: Design test fixtures, assist with prototype fabrication, collect test data, and support the development of new laboratory equipment, procedures, and test methods.\nReliability & Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis, product development risk assessments, failure analysis, and systematic technical troubleshooting.\nSourcing & Technical Documentation: Assist with supplier and component sourcing, write technical reports, and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation.\nTo be successful in this role you will need experience in or willingness to learn the following:\n Technical Knowledge & Tools: CAD software, finite element analysis (FEA) concepts, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and hands-on prototyping or design/build processes.\n Problem-Solving & Compliance: A methodical, data-driven approach to troubleshooting, along with strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and technical standards.\nCore Competencies: High decision quality, drive for results, effective collaboration and communication, and a commitment to self-development.\nDegree Programs Considered: Bachelor’s or Master’s\nMajor Programs Considered: Mechanical Engineering\nCo-Op program criteria:\nMust be a currently enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.\nMinimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred.\nMust be able to complete a minimum of 6 months, 9-12 months, highly preferred.\nMust be able to complete 40 hours per week, 100% onsite.\nWillingness to
