The position will be part of the Atmus Finance Rotation Program (AFRP), a two-year development program designed to accelerate the growth of early-career finance talent. As part of this program, participants will complete four six-month rotations over a two-year period, including one plant finance role and three corporate finance roles at the Nashville headquarters. Roles can range across treasury, tax, FP&A, audit, corporate accounting, or operations finance. Plant rotations will be either located in Louisville, KY or Cookeville, TN. Atmus will support relocation expenses during the plant rotation. Following completion of the program, candidate will transition into a full-time role.\n Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and statistical reporting. \nPrepares financial reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. \nExecutes special projects as assigned. \nMakes accounting adjustments through appropriate journal entries. \nAssists with monthly and annual account reconciliations and close activities. \nExamines a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, internal accuracy, and conformance with accounting standards. \nLearns the Atmus finance approach through contributions to a variety of projects and activities. \nParticipates in team meetings and continuous improvement activities. \nPresents key learnings and rotation experiences to Finance Development Program panel of finance leadership. \n Job Requirements:\nCumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.\n0-2 Years in a position or internship relating to your field of study preferred\nMajors in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or statistics preferred. \nAbility to work well independently and as a part of a high-performing team.\nProficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint\nPreferred proficiency with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and/or other relational databases\nEffective communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nResults oriented with the ability to lead several priorities.\nRole Eligibility:\n\nGraduate from a Bachelor's Degree program between December 2026 and June 2027\nAbility to relocate to Nashville, TN or other assigned locations.\nWe are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role\nBase salary range: $53,378 to $64,057/year\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
