delivering results.\nThe focus is set primarily on execution, performance management, and continuous improvement - managing 3PL performance, transportation execution, KPIs, cost, service, and issue resolution.\nThe Logistics Leader for EMEA appropriately reflects:\nStrong regional leadership and accountability for EMEA logistics performance.\nDay-to-day leadership of our 3PL and transportation partners.\nExecution of global logistics strategy and standards within the region.\nOwnership of service, cost, KPI performance and continuous improvement.\nEscalation and recommendation of strategic issue.\n Manage and develop Supply Chain capability; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.\nMentor and coach individual and collective talent to develop Supply Chain capability across the organization within EMEA region.\nDesign, develop, and implement cross Business Unit, enterprise planning, materials, production, inventory and logistics strategies for the Supply Chains in the EMEA region.\nChampion continuous improvement projects that align with Atmus Operating System and Functional Excellence direction by leveraging common processes, tools and information systems - leading the EMEA region.\nPartner with internal and external functional stakeholders to maintain strategic and critical supplier relationships.\nEnsure Supply Chains, intra-company and intercompany, meet all customer and business requirements.\nAlign with internal business partners to garner support and advocacy of enterprise Supply Chain initiatives.\nReview Key Performance Indicators and operational trends to validate root cause analysis and corrective action plans if KPI`s do not meet target.\nIntervene to address Supply Chain failures as necessary within EMEA.\nPrepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense, resources, and capital for EMEA.\nSet the aim for the organization and ensure individual work plans are consistent with Supply Chain initiatives within EMEA.\nClosely collaborate with Global Supply Chain Leader to follow global standardization guidance for the EMEA region.\n Education, licenses and certifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Master degree desired (MBA is strongly preferred) for Logistics or Engineering degree will be a plus (or equivalent experience). \nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations but not required.\nExperience\nConfirmed experience within EMEA for implementing new 3PL/carrier arrangements, handling third-party relations, and influencing cost and performance objectives;\n15+ overall years of overall relevant experience in the industry (3PL, freight forwarder, operations, …) including but not limited to 10+ years of demonstrated ability leading global logistics operations, knowledge of the EMEA region is very strong preferred;\nExperience working with and/or leading global trade compliance activities and knowledge of import/export guidelines;\nDetailed understanding of international, heavyweight, parcel, ground, air, and ocean logistics operations;\nSophisticated knowledge of logistics related software and technology systems such as TMS, WMS, YMS, …; \nKnowledge of Oracle will be a
