Work alongside today’s most innovative thinkers and help shape the future with Atmus.\nWe are looking for (2) talented Operations Supervisors tojoin our team specializing in logistics for Atmus Filtration Technologies.\nLocation: Reno NV - Onsite\nTravel: 40% to start with and 10% after.\nIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nProvides operations leadership for small or medium-sized warehouse or Distribution Center, shift or department.\nManages one or multiple shifts of warehouse operations including transportation and packaging.\nProvide safe working environment for all Atmus and contract employees.\nEnsure internal and external customer requirements are met through the Atmus Operating System.\n Key Responsibilities:\nResponsible for ensuring Atmus values are demonstrated in site- this includes employee/labor relations, community involvement, diversity, health, safety, and environmental practices, fostering the right environment in the areas of safety, ethical behavior and financial compliance standards. \nProvides operations leadership and improvement focus for warehouse operations including transportation and packaging operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, production and cost. \nEstablishment of startup site culture in alignment with the Atmus Way.\nManage and develop supply chain capability; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning. \nMentor and coach individual and collective talent to develop supply chain capability across the organization.\nEstablishment and refinement of site SOPs of startup warehouse.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required. MBA preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nExperience/background in a startup warehouse environment.\nWMS/ERP system experience/background. RedPrairie a plus.\nDemonstrated proficiency of continuous improvement methods (5 why, fishbone, etc). \nComfortable in a data-driven environment to guide decision making process.\n\nBase salary range: $88,000 to $98,000/year\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
