# Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer who will support operation and upgrades of existing neutral atom quantum computing hardware as well as a portfolio of research projects that advance the Atom Computing roadmap. Responsibilities Own detailed design, build, and integration schedule, coordinating with program management to ensure on-time milestone completion. Facilitate cross-functional technical alignment and daily workflow coordination across physics, optics, software, systems, and hardware engineering teams to drive trapped-neutral-atom computer build and integration milestones. Manage program tracking frameworks-including risk registers, rolling action item logs (RAIL), and review cadences-to identify technical bottlenecks and mitigate delays early.
