The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of procurement, inventory management, batch management, and integration with QA/QC processes within regulated environments.\n\nThis is a senior offshore role supporting a global SAP transformation program.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and deliver SAP MM functional design, configuration, and testing activities in S/4 HANA\n\n- Drive end-to-end implementation cycles including requirements gathering, blueprinting, build, UAT, and go-live\n\n- Work closely with onsite architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (SD, PP, QM, FI)\n\n- Configure core MM processes: procurement, MRP, inventory management, vendor management, STOs, batch management, and serialization\n\n- Support integration with pharma-specific processes such as GxP, validation, QA/QC, and compliance workflows\n\n- Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and documentation\n\n- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements\n\n- Collaborate in a global delivery model with strong communication and ownership\n\nMandatory Qualifications :\n\n- 10+ years of SAP MM experience\n\n- Minimum one full end-to-end SAP implementation in the Pharma industry\n\n- Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, EMA)\n\n- Expertise in MM master data, procurement cycles, inventory management, and batch handling\n\n- Implement DEA-controlled material processes, including controlled substance handling, compliance workflows, and audit readiness\n\n- Configure Quota Management for restricted materials, procurement controls, and regulatory reporting\n\n- Implement Subcontracting processes including procurement, inventory visibility, batch tracking, and quality integration\n\n- Ensure alignment with pharma regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, EMA)\n\n- Experience with integration to PP, SD, QM, and WM/EWM\n\n- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with global teams\n\nNice-to-Have Skills :\n\n- Experience with S/4HANA\n\n- Knowledge of EWM or WM\n\n- Exposure to serialization or Track & Trace\n\n- Understanding of validation documentation (CSV, IQ/OQ/PQ)\nSkills\nSAP MM, S/4 HANA, SAP
