commissary kitchen and event stations\nExecute batch cooking, station set-up, and on-site finishing with precision\nCollaborate with chefs, event managers, and service staff to meet client expectations\nFood handlers certificate that meets local requirements\nAble to learn to input orders and manage inventory alongside the Executive Chef\nUnderstand garde manger and garnish setups and execute them consistently\nGrowing a position under new leadership and new direction\nIdeal Candidate\n2+ years in a sous chef or lead cook role\nAble to manage a busy kitchen and events without compromising quality\nStrong leadership, communication, and time-management skills\nAttitude to learn and create excellent culture for fellow cooks and service staff\nHeart for working with a variety of people and Mind to learn from those older or younger than yourself\nFlexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays \nComfortable lifting 50 lbs, and being on your feet for extended
