This role brings together influencer marketing, daily community engagement and a clear focus on measurable customer response.\n\nReporting to the Brand & Marketing Lead, you will manage KOL and KOC collaborations from research and outreach to content delivery and reporting. You will also run our VIP and customer groups, using conversations and feedback to help the team improve content, offers and customer experience.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nBuild a pipeline of suitable KOLs and KOCs across Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, matching their audiences and content to each brand.\n\nManage creator outreach, negotiate rates and deliverables within agreed limits, and keep agreements, deadlines and follow-up actions organised.\n\nBrief creators on products, key messages and approved claims. Coordinate content review with the Health Content Advisor and Creative team before publication.\n\nTrack reach, engagement, leads and sales for each collaboration, maintain a reliable KOL performance database and recommend which partnerships to develop.\n\nManage VIP and customer groups, including WhatsApp communities and Facebook groups, through consistent daily posting, replies and moderation.\n\nPlan and run live sessions, giveaways, member activities and user-generated content programmes with clear details and dependable follow-through.\n\nCapture feedback, questions and complaints, route them to Customer Service, Sales & Retention or the Health Content Advisor, and follow up so issues are not lost.\n\nDevelop strong creators and loyal customers into long-term brand advocates, with relationships that continue beyond individual campaigns.\n\nMonitor Xiaohongshu and TikTok trends and share weekly insights that the marketing team can act on.\n\nKeep KOL and community communications within approved product claims and the group’s health-content standards; flag exaggerated or unsupported disease-related claims before release.\n\nWhy this role\n\nYou will own both creator relationships and the everyday conversations around our brands, giving you a direct view of what customers respond to.
