As Trade Marketing Executive, you will help our brands stand out in pharmacies and retail stores through well-executed displays, promotions, stock coordination and promoter support.\n\nReporting to the Trade & Distribution Lead, you will spend a substantial part of your week visiting stores across assigned regions. The role is hybrid, with regular fieldwork: building relationships, checking execution, reading store-level results and acting when something needs attention.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nExecute trade marketing plans across pharmacy chains and retail partners, keeping agreed activities, materials and timelines on track.\n\nPlan, coordinate production and deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM), then check that they are installed in the right locations and condition.\n\nVisit and audit stores regularly for shelf position, stock availability, pricing and display compliance, recording issues and following them through.\n\nSchedule, brief and monitor promoters, tracking attendance and sales and coordinating any coverage gaps.\n\nCoordinate in-store promotions, roadshows and activations with the Events & Offline team and the relevant stores.\n\nTrack sell-out by store, identify performance gaps and propose practical actions to improve results.\n\nWork with the distribution team to align stock with planned activities and reduce out-of-stock situations.\n\nPrepare weekly reports on store performance, promotions, execution issues and competitor activity.\n\nBuild dependable relationships with store staff, pharmacists and store managers, keeping communication clear and commitments current.\n\nUse approved claims and artwork for in-store materials, checking that applicable approval and registration details are included before deployment.\n\nWhy this role\n\nYou will see the impact of your work directly in stores.
