You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done to keep Atominvest growing year over year at the pace of the best SaaS companies on the planet.\nWe’ve gone from zero to ten, now we’re looking to go from ten to one hundred!\nAbout the role\nThis is a hybrid technical role: roughly 60% solutioning and implementation and 40% improving Atominvest’s technical-product capabilities. You’ll lead the technical delivery of our most complex enterprise integrations, using lessons from frontline implementation work to identify recurring needs and work with Product and Engineering to turn agreed opportunities into reusable platform capabilities.\nSitting at the intersection of customers, Engineering and Product, you’ll help inform the evolution of our integration and API capabilities and lead agreed features from solution design through delivery. You’ll also contribute to the practical application of AI and MCP across our technical products. It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, taking ownership of delivery and continually expanding what they can do.\nTechnical solutioning & implementation (~60%)\nLead enterprise customer implementations across APIs, SSO, SFTP and other integration methods, from initial discovery and solution definition through to successful launch.\n\nAct as the principal technical contact during implementations, leading kick-off meetings, progress calls and troubleshooting with customers and third parties.\n\nSupport technical pre-sales discussions by explaining Atominvest's integration capabilities, assessing solution fit and identifying implementation constraints.\n\nDesign integration approaches using established product capabilities and technical patterns, partnering with Product and Engineering where new development is required.\n\nInvestigate complex API, SSO and SFTP issues using tools such as Postman, JSON payloads, configuration data and logs, escalating confirmed defects with clear supporting evidence.\n\nBuilding the future of our technical products (~40%)\nWork with the Senior Technical Product Manager to inform the integration and API roadmap, bringing insight from recurring customer needs and implementation experience.\n\nLead agreed integration features from requirements and solution design through testing and delivery, within the product direction set by the Technical Product Manager.\n\nIdentify recurring implementation challenges and work with Product and Engineering to turn them into reusable platform capabilities.\n\nContribute to the development of AI and MCP capabilities by identifying practical use cases, supporting prototyping and helping deliver agreed improvements.\n\nImprove integration tooling, documentation and implementation patterns to reduce repeat work and make customer delivery more consistent and scalable.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years’ relevant experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, ideally within solutions engineering, technical consulting or integrations.\n\nStrong practical technical ability across APIs, SSO, SFTP, data flows and system integrations, with the credibility to act as a trusted technical lead in customer conversations.\n\nA solutioner at heart: someone energised by complex and sometimes ambiguous technical problems who can investigate them methodically and exercise good judgement about when to involve Product or Engineering.\n\nA reusable-solutions mindset-you recognise patterns across implementations and work with Product and Engineering to turn recurring needs into scalable capabilities.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical, commercial and customer audiences.\n\nCuriosity about emerging technologies and an appetite to develop practical knowledge of AI, MCP and modern integration approaches.\n\nA proactive, accountable and collaborative approach, with the ability to lead delivery while working within the wider product and technical direction.\n\nThe process\nMeeting with our Product Managers to have a quick discussion, hear about you, talk about our story and where we’re heading and dig a bit deeper into your CV\n\nComplete a short case study and discuss it with members of our product & engineering teams\n\nMeet with other Department Senior Team Members, including the Head of Product.\n\nJoin Atominvest\n\nCandidates must have an unrestricted and permanent right to work in the UK.
