Based in Amman, you’ll work with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate reporting, build dashboards and trackers, and drive operational efficiency.\nPerform routine data quality checks (completeness, accuracy, consistency) on all data related to real estate portfolio management and development projects, following up with teams to correct any discrepancies.\nEnsure data governance standards are followed, including access control, refresh schedules, documentation, and automated reporting processes.\nBuild and maintain standardized data models and reporting templates for consistent measurement across the MENA region.\nDevelop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Google Sheets, Excel, and other BI tools to support decision-making.\nLead the implementation and adoption of software platforms (e.g., Yardi, Procore, or other real estate/construction/project management tools).\nCollect, clean, and analyze operational and system usage data to identify trends, adoption challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.\nAnalyze operational and system usage data to identify areas for efficiency gains and improved adoption.\nTrain users on dashboards, trackers, and systems, ensuring teams understand how and why to input data correctly.\nDesign and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for real estate development, including cost, schedule, risk, and platform adoption metrics.\nTranslating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations (slides, dashboards, and written summaries).\nConnecting and integrating multiple data sources, such as Excel, JSON, CSV, SQL databases, SharePoint, and APIs.\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or another analytical field.\n3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role.\nExceptional skills in Google Sheets and Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, automation, reporting).\nUnderstanding of forecasting concepts, including trends and projection techniques.\nExperience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) is a plus.\nHands-on experience with real estate / construction / project management platforms is highly preferred.\nFluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and training skills.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.\nKey qualities\nSomeone who enjoys turning raw, messy data into reliable, actionable insights.\nAn analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and high ownership over data quality.\nA systems-minded professional who can design metrics, reporting frameworks, and digital organization structures.\nA clear communicator who can make data accessible and intuitive for multicultural teams across the MENA region.\nPassionate about accuracy, efficiency, and impact through data.\nWhy join us \nDemand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
