We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate construction, renovation and demolition projects from planning through completion, keeping work on schedule and minimizing disruption to the team\nSource, schedule and manage outside vendors and contractors for furniture assembly, equipment installation and moving large or heavy items\nPartner with engineering teams to plan and make the best use of space, including labs, shop areas, storage and desks\nOrder and track equipment, supplies and consumables, and maintain inventory and vendor relationships\nCollaborate with the Real Estate team on project timelines, move-in dates and site readiness\nServe as the on-site point of contact for contractors and vendors on engineering space projects, from build-outs and lab setups to equipment installs and moves\nTrack project budgets, quotes, purchase orders and invoices\nHelp make sure spaces meet safety, access and compliance requirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office operations, construction coordination or a related role\nExperience coordinating construction, renovation or move projects with contractors and vendors\nStrong vendor management skills, including getting quotes, scheduling, and holding vendors to timelines and quality\nHighly organized, and able to juggle several projects and shifting priorities at once\nExperience with purchasing, inventory tracking and managing budgets\nClear, proactive communicator who works well with engineers, real estate partners and outside vendors\nComfortable being hands-on and on-site, including occasional lifting and walking active job sites\nWorking knowledge of workplace safety practices; familiarity with building codes, permits, or engineering and lab environments is a plus\nWhy join us\nAt Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time-bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.\nThe base salary range for this role is$87,000 - $102,000 per year.\nActual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
