We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Product Manager to lead strategy for our internal infrastructure teams. Our mission is to abstract the complexity of both public cloud providers (such as Azure) and on-prem deployments (Frontier AI Lab), enabling our developers to move faster, ship more reliably, and operate at a lower cost.\nIn this role, you will act as a force multiplier for our entire engineering organization, overseeing a complex ecosystem that supports everything from core compute primitives to in-house built distributed systems such as KEQ, Cloudless Blob, Splitter, LogProc, and others.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n Drive Product Strategy: Own the roadmap for our internal services and platforms, including Core Compute (Kubernetes), Networking (Service Mesh/Istio), extensive in-house storage primitives (Postgres, Redis/Valkey, Kafka, CRDB, etc.), DevEx/Observab/Costs platforms,, Data and ML platforms, Security Platform.\nChampion Developer Velocity: Reduce friction by building and maintaining best-in-class developer experiences, including monorepo build systems and automated release pipelines.\nEnforce Reliability: Define and implement reliability standards across our stack to ensure high uptime and system stability for groups operating on our infrastructure.\nOptimize for Efficiency: Build and manage tools for cost attribution and optimization to ensure our infrastructure scales efficiently with our business.\nPioneer New Domains: Spearhead infrastructure initiatives for high-growth areas\nCollaborate at Scale: Work closely with engineering leadership to align product development with long-term technical architecture.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTechnical Fluency: A strong preference for candidates with a background in engineering in the infrastructure space.\nScale Experience: Demonstrated success in product management at well-known, large-scale tech companies or high-growth infrastructure-focused startups.\nProduct Rigor: A background in translating technical requirements into high-impact features. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.\nThe base salary range for this role is$224,000 - $284,000 per year.\nActual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
