That’s why Namaa was established-to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.\nOur ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nDevelop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, handbooks, process documentation, and other learning resources for teams across Namaa.\nSupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, both in person and virtually, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand training needs and create content that supports team objectives and business processes.\nHelp translate complex information, policies, and processes into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand training materials.\nSupport employee onboarding by preparing learning resources and assisting with training initiatives for new joiners.\nKeep training content accurate, relevant, and up to date as processes and business needs evolve.\nGather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources, training processes, and employee development initiatives across Namaa.\nWhat we’re looking for\n2-3 years of experience in training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or a similar role.\nExperience developing training materials, presentations, guides, or other learning content.\nStrong communication in both English and Arabic and presentation skills, with the ability to make information clear and accessible to different audiences.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and comfort using digital tools to create and deliver learning materials.\nA proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine interest in helping people learn and perform at their best.\nWhy join us \nDemand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
