Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.\nWe're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. \nWhat you’ll do\nAs an Operations Manager at one or more Cloudkitchen facilities in Madrid, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring facility maintenance, working to get prospective partners onboarded, and delivering exceptional customer support.\nCustomer Support and Retention\nAssist in onboarding new restaurant partners, including being a subject matter expert when it comes to the permitting process for your respective facility / region.\nServe as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, building and maintaining trusting relationships, and solving any issues that arise\nManage the overall partner experience, preventing churn, and extending partner lifecycle.\nTeam Management\nLead and train a dedicated facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.\nManage a highly efficient and automatized order fulfillment process, and deliver excellent customer service\nCultivate positive and inclusive work environments, fostering teamwork and communication across teams and departments.\nAdministrative & Strategic\nTrain with senior positions in support, data analytics, and reporting.\nParticipate in planning sessions with management and peers.\nReview and report KPI metrics to facility management and contribute to goal setting.Manage and report the facility P&L, understanding key drivers for achieving facility-level profitability.\n\nBuilding Repair and Maintenance\nPerform general upkeep and handle minor repairs and maintenance; coordinate with external vendors for specialized services.\nLead the research of strategic partners together with our procurement team to control monthly cost and improve profitability.\nHealth and Safety Compliance\nEnsuring compliance with local health and safety regulations while maintaining the highest cleaning standards.\nMonitor partner compliance with safety and health department protocols.\nWhat we’re looking for\nMinimum 3 year experience in Operations, Supply Chain and/or facility maintenance. Ideally, you have come from a logistics, supply chain or eCommerce background\nArticulately communicate in Spanish and English.\nAbility to maintain a positive attitude and composure in a fast paced environment\nAbility to problem solve independently\nStrategic and analytical mindset\nHigh degree of integrity, autonomy and ownership\nOpen availability and flexibility\nWhy join us \nDemand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
