We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nExecute payroll processes, including the calculation of gross/net pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deferred compensation.\nManage the full \"hire-to-retire\" lifecycle in Workday, handling everything from onboarding and offboarding to salary adjustments and leave of absence.\nStay ahead of local payroll legislation to ensure all tax withholdings, mandatory deductions, and payroll liabilities are strictly compliant.\nPerform regular audits of payroll records and reconcile general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.\nAct as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, resolving complex payroll inquiries with clarity and empathy.\nProactively identify inaccuracies or missing information in our people data and implement reporting improvements.\nWhat we’re looking for\nUnderstanding of US payroll taxes, labor laws, and statutory deductions is a huge plus. \n3+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a multinational or high-growth tech environment.\nAdvanced hands-on experience with Workday (specifically the Payroll and HCM modules) is highly preferred.\nFull professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
