We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlan, coordinate, and execute multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction and permitting through closeout. You’ll run some hands-on and lead PMs and APMs through the rest, with full ownership of every outcome. You’ll deliver ahead of schedule and below budget while meeting building codes, plans, and specifications.\nAssess new sites for technical feasibility, infrastructure capacity, and unforeseen costs, and provide early estimates to support site selection.\nReview design sets for constructability and coordination. You’ll catch issues on paper before they reach the field, especially on systems-intensive builds.\nDefine the build and procurement strategy for consultants, contractors, and vendors to maximize build quality while minimizing time and cost. This covers prequalification, bid leveling, contract structure, and negotiating replicable terms.\nManage construction budgets end to end. You’ll track variance, control contingency, process pay applications and change orders, and use value engineering to get the same result for less.\nOwn project schedules and critical path across all trades, including long-lead items and owner-furnished equipment. You’ll negotiate recovery plans with contractors when timelines slip.\nLead consultants, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors on site, maintaining a safe, organized job site and coordinating inspections, installations, utility connections, and punch lists. You’ll also be the company’s point of contact with building management and local authorities.\nReport project status accurately to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, and carry lessons from each build into future projects.\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred\n7-10 years of relevant work experience; 5-7 years within commercial or industrial construction, ideally including F&B\nTrack record delivering concurrent, systems-intensive projects, with strong MEP and trade-sequencing knowledge\nOwnership beyond the construction phase, including preconstruction and design set production\nHands-on experience with construction budgets and contracts, including GMP, lump sum, and CM-at-risk\nAn established bench of contractor and vendor relationships you can mobilize quickly\nExperience leading and developing project teams, including PMs and APMs\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills across multiple stakeholders\nExperience working in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative\nPlus: Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project\nWhy join us \nAt Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time-bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. \nThe base salary range for this role is $182,000 - $214,000 per year.\nActual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
