As our partners grow, we grow with them-providing flexible solutions that support expansion at every stage.\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Qatar, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. We're building the infrastructure for better food in every major city of the world, and Qatar is one of the fastest growing markets for us.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nSource new properties, landlords and local authority areas\nNegotiate with owner and/or landlords\nConduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.\nPrepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.\nAssist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.\nMonitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Qatar,\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.\nMaintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nWhat we’re looking for\n2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).\nStrong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.\nExcellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.\nAn understanding of the commercial real estate market in Qatar,\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred qualifications\nCuriosity - an insatiable appetite to understand customers’ challenges; a lifelong learner, coachable\nHustler - bold, hard-working and an inner drive to hit targets\nAdaptability - you’re highly flexible and responsive to changing external conditions\nCommunicator - creative, innovative, strategic\nWhy join us \nDemand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
