We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nManage the full end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice receipt through verification, posting, payment processing, and reconciliation.\nPerform 3-way matching to validate invoices against supporting documentation and ensure accurate processing.\nReview and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.\nProcess and post invoices accurately and within established timelines.\nCoordinate and support payment processing and ensure timely settlement of approved invoices.\nPerform AP reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unmatched transactions.\nIdentify and resolve AP discrepancies, including missing invoices, overpayments, duplicate postings, and invoice mismatches.\nSupport month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliation, reporting, and transaction review.\nMaintain accurate AP records and ensure adherence to internal controls and established procedures.\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience in Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end AP process.\nExperience with invoice processing, 3-way matching, invoice posting, payment processing, and reconciliation.\nKnowledge of month-end closing procedures.\nExperience supporting global AP processes is an advantage\nWhy join us\nAt Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time-bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact.
