We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn end-to-end candidate on-site experience, ensuring interviews are organized, high-touch, and logistically seamless.\nSchedule and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across our global team and multiple time zones, including high-priority and executive-level searches.\nManage candidate travel and visit logistics - transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of coordination.\nPlan and execute recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and other in-person recruiting experiences.\nPartner across Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve operational issues and continuously improve the candidate experience.\nOwn data accuracy and system hygiene across Greenhouse and GoodTime, proactively spotting and fixing inconsistencies before they become problems.\nLead process improvement initiatives across recruiting operations, identifying inefficiencies and driving fixes end-to-end rather than just flagging them.\nCreate travel/event documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes, keeping them current and scalable as the team grows.\nWhat we're looking for\n2-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership beyond day-to-day scheduling.\nExperience managing candidate travel, on-site logistics, or recruiting events strongly preferred.\nStrong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms.\nExcellent judgment and composure when troubleshooting escalations, ambiguous situations, or last-minute changes.\nTrack record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements independently, not just executing existing workflows.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort representing the company to candidates, vendors, and cross-functional partners.\nA collaborative and service-minded attitude.\nWhy join us\nAt Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time-bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.\nThe base salary range for this role is$87,000 - $100,000 per year.\nActual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
