We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.\nIf you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.\nJob Profile Summary\nThis role supports the end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from scoping and defining requirements through development, testing, and release, ensuring projects meet timeline and budget expectations. It serves as a key liaison between product management and software development teams, tracking technical issues, resolving constraints, addressing quality escalations, and anticipating bottlenecks throughout the development cycle.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nLead the delivery of new products and features from scoping through release\nTranslate product requirements into clear technical specifications with engineering teams\nPartner closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and execution\nTrack and manage technical issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams\nIdentify bottlenecks early and drive resolution using technical and analytical judgment\nOversee quality assurance processes and support resolution of escalated technical issues\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget\nFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders\nSupport code review oversight and release readiness validation (where applicable)\nWhat we’re looking for\n3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role\nExperience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar delivery-focused role\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery processes\nAbility to manage cross-functional teams across product and engineering\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery\nExperience tracking technical issues and driving resolution in complex environments\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBackground in software engineering or a technical degree\nExperience in SaaS or platform-based product environments\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar development tools\nExperience supporting release management or QA processes\nPrior experience in scaling product delivery across multiple teams\nWhy join us\nAt Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time-bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact.
