Our team is fully remote, collaborative, and made up of experienced professionals who love what they do.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Partner who can support our clients across both human resources and recruiting functions.\nThis is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of HR but also loves finding and hiring great talent. Depending on client needs, you may be supporting day-to-day HR operations, advising business leaders, managing full-cycle recruiting, or a combination of all three.\nNo two clients (or days!) will look the same. We're looking for someone who can easily shift gears, manage competing priorities, and jump into new environments with confidence.\nWhile this is a fully remote position, we're looking for someone located in the Rochester, NY area who has established professional relationships and connections within the local talent market. These relationships will be valuable in supporting our clients' recruiting needs.\nWe're open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with hours determined based on experience, availability, and business needs.\nWhat You'll Do\nHuman Resources\nServe as a trusted HR partner to assigned clients, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support.\nAdvise business leaders on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR best practices.\nSupport employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.\nDevelop and update employee handbooks, policies, job descriptions, and HR processes.\nAssist with HRIS administration, benefits, compensation, and other HR-related projects.\nHelp clients build and improve HR processes as their businesses grow.\nTalent Acquisition\nManage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, from initial intake through offer acceptance.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and recruiting priorities.\nCreate job postings and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.\nProactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates across various industries and functions.\nLeverage professional networks, local market knowledge, and creative sourcing strategies to identify talent.\nCoordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide hiring recommendations.\nMaintain applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.\nProvide an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruiting process.\nClient Partnership & Collaboration\nBuild strong relationships with clients and become a trusted extension of their teams.\nManage multiple client engagements while staying organized, responsive, and proactive.\nIdentify opportunities to improve client processes and recommend solutions.\nCollaborate with other Atomus HR and Recruiting team members to ensure clients receive the support they need.\nAdapt quickly to different company cultures, leadership styles, and business needs.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of progressive HR experience AND 3+ years of recruiting experience\nDirect experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including proactive candidate sourcing.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.\nExperience advising managers and business leaders on HR matters.\nAbility to independently manage recruiting requisitions from intake through hire.\nExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.\nComfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting between HR and recruiting responsibilities.\nTech-savvy and comfortable learning new HRIS, ATS, and collaboration platforms.\nSomeone who is equally comfortable developing a strategy and executing the day-to-day work.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in a fractional HR, consulting, or outsourced HR environment.\nExperience supporting small to mid-sized businesses, startups, or growing organizations.\nExperience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical positions.\nEstablished professional relationships and candidate networks within the Rochester, NY market.\nExperience with platforms such as Rippling, Paylocity, Gusto, or various applicant tracking systems.\nWhat Makes Someone Successful at Atomus?\nWe're looking for someone who:\nIs a doer.
