Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nWe are seeking an experienced AI Architect with 10+ years of architecture experience and 3+ years in AI solutions to lead enterprise AI and Copilot transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Microsoft/GitHub Copilot, designing agentic AI solutions, and establishing AI architecture, governance, and adoption frameworks at scale.\nWhat will you be doing:\n1) Architecture & Strategy (AI / Agentic AI)\n· Define the overall solution architecture for enterprise agentic AI programs and create the target-state roadmap\n· Establish AI architecture standards, reference patterns, and governance guidelines for adoption at scale.\n· Design architecture across LLMs/frameworks, vector databases, and cloud deployments, including Responsible AI practices.\n2) Autonomous Agent Design & Orchestration (Copilot-led)\n· Architect and enable autonomous agent workflows using GitHub Copilot, including multi-step orchestration and enterprise guardrails.\n· Define a framework for prompt libraries, guardrails, extensions/integrations, and productivity metric tracking for Copilot adopt\n· Drive repeatable implementation approach and best practices for Copilot-based engineering interventions and productivity tracking\n· Enable Copilot-driven acceleration from design artifacts (e.g., Figma requirement sheets) to boilerplate code and supporting assets, where applicable.\n· Establish patterns for agent-assisted testing and a roadmap toward autonomous testing where feasible (e.g., test case generation, script automation, regression maintenance).\n3) Prompt Engineering Excellence\n· Own enterprise prompt strategy including Zero-shot / Few-shot / Chain-of-Thought prompting techniques and prompt governance.\n· Create reusable prompt frameworks/cookbooks, templates, and standards for consistent outcomes across teams.\n4) RAG + Model/Tool Orchestration (Python-led)\n· Architect and govern RAG pipelines, knowledge grounding approaches, and multi-turn agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain (or equivalent).\n· Provide hands-on guidance for implementation in Python, including reference implementations and integration patterns.\nRequirements/Functional Skills:\n· Proven experience as an AI Architect defining enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance.\n· Hands-on experience designing/building agent-based approaches and autonomous workflows.\n· Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering (Zero/Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought) and prompt design.\n· Strong Python development experience and ability to guide teams with reference implementations.\n· Experience with RAGr, vector databases, and cloud deployments.\n· Practical experience with GitHub Copilot adoption patterns including guardrails, prompt library management, extensions, and metrics\nPreferred / Nice to Have\n· Experience designing enterprise adoption frameworks for Copilot/AI with change management and champion models.\n· Experience building Copilot-led accelerators for engineering productivity and rapid prototyping.\n· Knowledge of AI governance requirements and productionization practices.\nThe total compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $135,000 USD.\n\nAtos provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
