Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development and Production Support projects.\nStrong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.\nProvide L1/L2 production support for Mainframe applications.\nMonitor batch jobs and resolve job abends, failures, and application issues within SLA timelines.\nHandle Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities.\nPerform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues involving COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and scheduling tools.\nCoordinate with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional support teams for issue resolution.\nLead Major Incident Management (MIM) and bridge calls for critical production outages.\nExecute emergency fixes, production deployments, and validation activities.\nDrive automation initiatives and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.\nPrepare technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge management artifacts.\nMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.\nParticipate in on-call and weekend support rotations as required.\nExperience with SLA-driven support environments.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.\nExperience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder communications.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
