Together with the rest of the team, you will ensure every RFI/RFP response is compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.\nThis role sits at the heart of sales. You’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders, safeguard governance and compliance, and help shape the future of our bid function - including the smart use of AI. The position offers flexible hybrid and remote working, with occasional travel to Eindhoven/Amstelveen for key collaboration moments.\nIf you’re structured, articulate, and confident navigating formal tender environments, this role offers international exposure and the chance to make a visible impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission\nAct as the central driver of governance, approvals, and formal compliance\nEnsure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirements\nCoordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders\nWrite, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact\nIdentify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions\nContinuously improve our bid processes and help integrate AI-enabled tools\nYour Skills and Experience\nProven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments\nExperience in working on EU tenders\nAble to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, formal requirements, governance and submission rules.\n3-10+ years’ experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles\nExperience working in structured, deadline-driven environments\nAPMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantage\nStrong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple deadlines\nClear communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong writing, editing, and information-structuring skills\nComfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)\n Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong English for international collaboration\nCurious mindset and interest in innovation and AI in the sales process\nProactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership\nYour Background\nProven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments\nExperience in working on EU tenders\nAble to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, formal requirements, governance and submission rules.\n3-10+ years’ experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles\nExperience working in structured, deadline-driven environments\nAPMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantage\nWhat we offer\nHybrid and remote working flexibility\nCoaching, mentoring, and room to grow your responsibility fast\nInvolvement in strategic, high-impact deals across the BNN (Belux, Netherlands, Nordics) region with focus on NL\nA chance to shape and modernise our bidding approach\nExposure to AI-driven bid tools and next-generation best practices\nA collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas matter\nWant to know more?
