If you recognize yourself in a large part of this role and are motivated to continue developing your skills, we would love to hear from you.\nWhat Will You Do?\nAnalyze business processes, systems, and information needs.\nTranslate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories, and functional designs.\nHelp stakeholders clarify objectives, priorities, and expectations.\nSupport stakeholders in making informed decisions and driving improvement initiatives.\nAssist teams in optimizing processes and implementing appropriate digital solutions.\nMap processes, information flows, and dependencies using models, diagrams, and workflow descriptions.\nManage and structure requirements and product backlogs.\nSupport functional and technical teams in refining and clarifying requirements.\nContribute ideas for improving existing systems and processes.\nCollaborate with clients and colleagues on change initiatives and digital transformation projects.\nActively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within projects and teams. \nWhat Do You Bring?\nWe are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys collaboration, and gets energy from connecting people, processes, and technology.\nYou recognize yourself in several of the following areas:\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including user stories, backlog management, and refinement sessions.\nExperience with process modeling, BPM, UML, workflows, or similar methodologies.\nThe ability to analyze complex information and communicate it clearly to different audiences.\nA collaborative mindset and experience working with stakeholders, users, and development teams.\nStrong communication skills in both Dutch and English.\nA structured way of working, with attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.\nNice to Have\nThe following qualifications are beneficial but not required:\nKnowledge of Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.\nFamiliarity with TOGAF.Certifications such as IREB, BABOK (IIBA), BiSL, ITIL, ISQI (CABA), or BCS.\nExperience with Microsoft Access, SQL, or other data sources.\nExperience within the public sector, financial services, or manufacturing industries.Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement, or advisory assignments. \nYour Way of Working\nYou are curious about how organizations operate and enjoy asking questions to uncover the real challenge behind a request.\nYou help different stakeholders come together to make clear decisions and find practical solutions.
