You will provide vision, direction, and leadership to one or more bid solution teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are compelling, profitable, innovative, and deliverable.\nYou will work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their business priorities and requirements and translate them into effective Atos solutions. You will be responsible for the holistic end-to-end solution proposal, covering business, technology, services, resources, timelines, and costs.\nYour goal will be to develop competitive solutions and proposals that provide customers with efficient, secure, and innovative IT environments while meeting their business objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork closely with customers to understand their business priorities, requirements, and expectations.\nAnalyze and interpret customer business needs and translate them into relevant Atos portfolio solutions.\nBuild and manage relationships with customer stakeholders, from operational level to CxO.\nPresent and negotiate solutions with customers in a compelling and value-driven manner.\nLead customer stakeholder mapping and management activities.\nDefine and manage multidisciplinary solution teams to develop integrated, end-to-end solutions.\nEnsure that proposed solutions address customer requirements across business, technology, services, resources, timelines, and costs.\nLead the collection and analysis of customer-specific information and due diligence to validate solution accuracy.\nDevelop solution cost models in line with commercial requirements.\nEnsure that assumptions are clearly defined and validated with the customer.\nDrive adoption of Agentic AI and automation solutions as business enablers.\nSupport T&T and Global Program Management in the successful implementation of customer solutions.\nUnderstand and apply Atos bidding, governance, approval, and control processes.\nCoordinate the involvement of delivery units during the bid phase.\nChallenge delivery costs and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.\nIdentify and manage risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\nLead the bid through successful closure and ensure a smooth handover to the operational authority or sponsor.\nYour Skills & Experience\n10-15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales, Solution Design, or equivalent roles.\nStrong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.\nProven management and leadership experience, preferably within a large international organization.\nStrong understanding of the technology ecosystem and experience working across multiple business and technology domains.\nExcellent presentation, communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.\nExperience engaging and negotiating with stakeholders from operational level through to CxO level.\nExperience in complex solution sales and architectural environments, particularly across Applications, Platforms, Data & AI, and Cloud solutions.\nProven experience managing and leading customer opportunities valued at €30M+ as an end-to-end Solution Manager.\nExperience working with international and multidisciplinary teams.\nWillingness to travel when required.\nDutch language skills at C1 level are preferred.\nExperience with Agentic AI solutions for solution storyboarding, design, and articulation is an advantage.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary with attractive extra-legal benefits, such as:\n\nFuel card, mobile data plan, meal vouchers, expense allowances.\n\n20 annual leave days and 6 to 12 recuperation days.\n\nInsurance:\n\nHospitalization, personal accident, and life insurance.\n\nAn attractive stakeholder pension scheme.\n\nIncome protection.\n\nFlex benefits system - an exciting opportunity to customize your benefits.\n\nRetail discounts.\n\nParticipation in our share scheme (optional, subject to eligibility criteria).\n\nUnlimited learning opportunities via our training platforms.\n\nEco vouchers and meal vouchers.\n\nWant to know more?
