In this role, you will support Polish and international clients across a variety of industries in their cybersecurity transformation journeys.\nYou will work on projects focused on cybersecurity governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), with a particular emphasis on NIS2 readiness and implementation.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working directly with clients, conducting security assessments, and helping organisations strengthen their security posture in an evolving regulatory landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nSecurity Advisory & Compliance\nConduct NIS2 gap assessments and support clients in achieving regulatory compliance.\nPerform cybersecurity governance, compliance, and maturity assessments.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.\nAdvise clients on security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.\nContribute to cybersecurity transformation initiatives across various industries.\nDocumentation & Deliverables\nDevelop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.\nPrepare assessment reports, findings, recommendations, and executive summaries.\nCreate customer presentations and workshop materials.\nClient Engagement\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.\nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide practical security recommendations.\nPresent assessment findings and improvement roadmaps to clients.\nBusiness Development & Presales\nSupport presales activities and proposal development.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to design and enhance cybersecurity consulting services.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, governance, risk management, compliance, or related areas.\nExperience conducting security assessments and facilitating client workshops independently.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.\nExperience presenting findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.\nPractical experience with:Knowledge of NIS2 Directive, UKSC (Ustawa o Krajowym Systemie Cyberbezpieczenstwa)and related compliance requirements.\nISO/IEC 27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).\nSecurity Governance and Cyber Risk Management.\nInternal and External Audit methodologies.\nSecurity Maturity Assessments.\nCompliance and Regulatory Assessments.\nSecurity Policies, Standards, and Controls.\nSecurity Frameworks and Standards such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and the ISO 2700x family.\n\nExperience using AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, in day-to-day work.\nNice to Have\nThe following certifications will be considered a strong advantage:\nISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer\nISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor\nCRA, AI Act, RODO - will be additional advantage\nWe take care of your personal data privacy.
