In this role, you will be a key contributor to data integration and migration projects, combining the advanced capabilities of the Informatica platform with the latest Microsoft analytics and AI solutions, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI.\nYour Responsibilities\n Design and develop ETL/ELT processes using Informatica platforms (PowerCenter or IDMC/IICS) as well as Microsoft technologies such as Data Factory and Synapse Spark.\nData Migration & Integration: Support the migration of data processes and data warehouses from on-premises environments and Informatica-based systems to the OneLake cloud repository within Microsoft Fabric.\nData Modeling & Quality: Ensure Data Governance standards, maintain data quality, and manage Data Lineage across Informatica and Microsoft ecosystems.\nAI Implementation: Leverage built-in AI capabilities, such as Microsoft Fabric Copilot and Azure OpenAI services, to automate and optimize data processing.\nBusiness Consulting: Collaborate with architects and enterprise clients to optimize information flows within hybrid data architectures.\nRequirements (Must-Have)\nExperience: Minimum 3-4 years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Consultant.\n Informatica Expertise: Hands-on experience with Informatica tools such as PowerCenter, Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Data Quality.\n Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience with Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Azure SQL) and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.\n Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of advanced SQL and Python (PySpark experience is a plus).\n Languages: Fluent Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (working with corporate documentation and enterprise systems).\nCommunication Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.\nNice to Have\n Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer) and/or DP-203 (Azure Data Engineer), or official Informatica certifications.\n Data Management: Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Data Governance concepts.\nData Visualization: Basic understanding of Power BI and its integration with semantic data models.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWellbeing programs & work-life balance - integration and passion-sharing events\nPrivate medical and dental care\nBenefits platform - shopping, cinema, sport etc.\nCo-funding of sports activities, e.g. Multisport & OK system cards, b-active program\nCourses and certifications e.g. Google Cloud, AWS, ITIL\nConferences and Expert Communities\nGift packages for special occasions: Easter, Christmas, Children’s Day\nAppreciation for seniority: additional days off, Atos Jubilee gifts\nHybrid working mode (max. 2 times per month based on a location)\nCharity and eco initiatives\nWhat happens next?\nQuick conversation with HR\nInterview with a Manager/IT expert/project representative\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
