You will be responsible for implementing robust ELT solutions that efficiently transform data and provide valuable insights to the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance ELT data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt\nModel data at both conceptual and technical levels based on business requirements\nOptimize SQL queries and dbt models to ensure optimal performance\nImplement and maintain DataOps infrastructure for deployment automation\nConfigure and manage data security (RBAC, Row-Level Security, Dynamic Data Masking)\nEnsure efficient data ingestion from AWS S3 to Snowflake\nOrchestrate data flows through dbt and create DAGs with proper tag management\nImplement data quality testing via dbt tests\nManage administrative aspects of Snowflake databases\nRequired Technical Skills\nSnowflake:\nMastery of advanced Snowflake features (Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning)\nConfiguration and optimization of Snowflake warehouses\nManagement of external stages and Snowpipe for ingestion from AWS S3\nConfiguration and implementation of RBAC, RLS, and Dynamic Data Masking security mechanisms\nSnowflake database administration (object creation/management, monitoring, optimization)\ndbt (data build tool):\nAdvanced SQL model development in dbt\nCreation and optimization of data models (dimensions, facts, etc.)\nUse of Jinja macros to create dynamic and reusable SQL code\nConfiguration of dbt tests for data validation\nImplementation of dbt snapshots for change tracking\nCreation of optimized DAGs with proper tag and dependency management\nData model documentation\nDataOps & Automation:\nUse of schemachange for schema migration automation\nContinuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for data pipelines\nExperience with Git and collaborative development workflows\nAWS & Integration:\nKnowledge of AWS S3 and its integration with Snowflake\nConfiguration of external stages and ingestion processes\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Snowflake Tasks and Dynamic Tables\nKnowledge of data mesh and data governance principles\nFamiliarity with data testing frameworks\nExperience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry\nCertifications (Preferred)\nSnowPro Core Certification - highly valued\ndbt Analytics Engineering Certification - a plus\nAWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or similar) - a plus\nSoft Skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset\nRigor and attention to detail\nAbility to work in a team and communicate effectively\nAdaptability to an evolving technical environment\nExperience and Education\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in data engineering\nSignificant experience with Snowflake and dbt\nDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar field\nAdvanced Snowflake certifications appreciated (SnowPro Advanced\nLearn more about us:\nAt Atos, we embrace diversity as the ultimate engine of ingenuity for our clients, and we constantly strive to create a culture where people feel supported and encouraged.
