Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nWork Location: Bengaluru\nExperience: 5+ Years\nRole Overview\nOkta Support Consultant Primary Focus Okta operations, application integration, authentication security, and production support.\nThe Okta Support Consultant is responsible for providing operational and engineering support for the enterprise workforce identity environment.\nThe role focuses on maintaining secure and reliable authentication services, resolving incidents, implementing approved changes, onboarding applications, supporting identity lifecycle processes, and continuously improving operational controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support Okta Workforce Identity, including users, groups, application assignments, policies, roles, and tenant settings. Monitor Okta platform health, authentication events, MFA activity, agent status, and security alerts to ensure service reliability.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot application integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, APIs, and provisioning technologies.\nSupport MFA and passwordless authentication solutions, including Okta Verify, FastPass, Adaptive MFA, and phishing-resistant authentication.\nManage user access lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, profile updates, entitlement management, and license optimization.\nMonitor and troubleshoot AD, LDAP, RADIUS integrations, directory synchronization, delegated authentication, and provisioning processes.\nInvestigate and resolve complex authentication, federation, provisioning, certificate, and application access issues.\nSupport critical incidents, perform containment actions, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to root cause analysis and remediation.\nExecute production changes through approved change management processes, ensuring proper planning, testing, implementation, validation, and communication.\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5+ years of IAM experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Okta administration, engineering, or production support.\nStrong knowledge of Okta Workforce Identity, SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, authentication policies, and lifecycle management.\nHands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, REST APIs, JIT provisioning, federation, and certificate management.\nExperience supporting Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, delegated authentication, and identity integrations.\nProficiency in troubleshooting authentication and provisioning issues using Okta and related system logs.\nGood understanding of IAM security controls, RBAC, MFA, audit logging, certificate management, and least-privilege access.\nExperience with incident, problem, request, and change management in ITSM environments.\nAbility to create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit records.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, mitigate risks, and provide technical guidance to team members.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with Okta Workflows, API automation, reporting automation, and scripting using PowerShell or Python.\nKnowledge of Okta Access Gateway, FastPass, Adaptive MFA, Device Access, SIEM integration, and hybrid application integrations.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow and collaboration with security, audit, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams.\nExperience supporting identity and access management services in regulated or audit-driven enterprise environments.\nPreferred certifications:\nOkta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator.\nSupport Model\nThe role is expected to support normal US business-hours operations and participate in severity-based escalation or on-call coverage for critical incidents when assigned.\nOn-call coverage for Weekend, P1 and P2 events\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
