You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for a variety of Infrastructure technologies. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and ensure efficient and effective support operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft, Linux and Virtualization technologies.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCore Responsibilities\nCollaborate with the customer, Service Providers, and other teams to maintain a stable and smooth infrastructure operations\nOversee daily support activities, including issue resolution, escalation procedures, and knowledge base management\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure team\nExperience, Qualification and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)\nMore than 4 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure\nUnderstanding of ITIL principles and their application to service management• Analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to prioritize workload\nExperience with setting up and using Application Monitoring tools (Prometheus Stack, Dynatrace, Datadog, ...) is preferred\nExperience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is required\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) a plus\nExperience in OS Administration (Linux or Windows)\nExperience in Microsoft Infrastructure (Especially Active Directory, ADFS, and CA) is a must\nExperience with Database technologies is preferred\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
