Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nNetwork Support Engineer\nRole Summary\nThe Network Support Engineer is responsible for implementing change requests, typically during evening maintenance windows, troubleshooting customer connectivity incidents, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule to meet SLA requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement scheduled change requests and maintenance activities during defined change windows (typically beginning around 7:00 PM), following established change control procedures and rollback plans.\nTriage, diagnose, and resolve customer-impacting connectivity incidents across campus, data center, and WAN environments.\nPerform hands-on configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of:Cisco Nexus switches\nCisco ASA firewalls\nCisco ACI\nF5 BIG-IP LTM devices\n\nAnalyze routing and forwarding issues involving:BGP\nOSPF\nVRFs\nVXLAN/EVPN (where applicable)\nHSRP/VRRP\nRelated networking protocols\n\nTroubleshoot firewall policies, NAT configurations, access control lists (ACLs), and SSL/TLS offloading issues on Cisco ASA and F5 platforms.\nUtilize packet captures, log analysis, and monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation, responding to alerts and incident escalations, performing after-hours remediation, conducting post-incident reviews, and maintaining incident documentation.\nMaintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nHands-on experience with Cisco Nexus (NX-OS) platform.\nStrong experience with Cisco ASA firewalls, including policy management, NAT, and VPN troubleshooting.\nExpertise in Cisco ACI, including:APIC administration\nTenants\nContracts\nEndpoint Groups (EPGs)\nForwarding and connectivity troubleshooting\n\nExperience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, including:Virtual Servers\nPools\niRules\nSSL Profiles\n\nStrong routing and switching knowledge, including:BGP\nOSPF\nVLANs\nSTP\nVRFs\nHSRP/VRRP\n\nProficiency in troubleshooting using packet captures, device logs, and CLI diagnostic tools.\nExcellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong documentation skills and attention to detail.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry certifications such as:CCNA\nCCNP\nF5 Certifications\n\nWork Schedule\nWillingness to work evening maintenance windows (typically beginning at 7:00 PM).\nParticipation in a rotating on-call support schedule to ensure SLA compliance and operational continuity.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
