Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nJob Name: Network Operations Engineer\nCompany: Atos\nLocation: Monterrey, NL (On-site)\nJob Type: Full-time\nRole Overview:\nThe Network Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring the network’s health, handling and resolving Level 2/3 incidents, and performing basic changes on Cisco equipment to ensure service availability. They will use tools such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, or Cisco Prime to manage alerts, tickets, and reports. They will analyze connectivity issues, apply operational best practices, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers for issue resolution. The role also includes maintaining updated documentation and providing support during critical or high-priority situations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor real-time network health and performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve network incidents.\nImplement basic configuration changes on Cisco networking equipment.\nManage alerts, tickets, and operational reports using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and related tools.\nDiagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolutions.\nMaintain accurate and updated operational documentation.\nParticipate in major incident management and high-priority situations.\nMust-have Qualifications / Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.\nStrong command of BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SSH, and FTP.\nHands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Splunk, or Infoblox.\nAdvanced/Fluent English level.\nAbility to work under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented.\nAvailability to work in rotating shifts.\nEducational Background\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.\nProfessional Experience\n3+ years of experience in NOC functions or similar network operations roles.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.\nEffective communication skills.\nAbility to manage high-pressure and fast-paced operational environments.\nStrong teamwork and customer service orientation.\nGood-to-have Qualifications / Skills:\nCertifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.\nITIL knowledge or certification.\nFamiliarity with firewall technologies, VPNs, or ISP networks.\n#LI_MAX\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
