This is a global role working closely with our CTO office, architects, product leaders, and customers to deliver next-generation AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and platform innovations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngineer and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, testing, and production environments.\nDesign and develop scalable solutions using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Integration Hub, and scoped applications.\nBuild and maintain enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, MID Servers, ETL, and external data connectors.\nImplement AI-driven capabilities leveraging Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.\nEnsure platform security through role-based access controls, OAuth, SSO, MFA, encryption, and secure integration architecture.\nOptimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and technical health.\nSupport DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, upgrades, testing, and governance.\nCollaborate with global stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.\n8+ years of overall experience in platform engineering, enterprise applications, integration, or automation.\nStrong expertise in:Workflow Data Fabric (WDF)\nIntegration Hub & Workflow Studio\nFlow Designer\nREST/SOAP APIs\nMID Server\nJavaScript & Glide APIs\nImport Sets & Transform Maps\nSecurity & Authentication Frameworks\n\nExperience implementing AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation solutions on ServiceNow.\nProven experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.\nCertifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory\nCertified Application Developer (CAD) - Mandatory\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred\nAdditional CIS certifications highly desirable\nPreferred Experience\nServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, CMDB, Security, and Performance Analytics.\nCloud integrations, API Gateways, ESB/iPaaS platforms, RPA, or event-driven architectures.\nExperience with IoT, OT, robotics, connected assets, or physical AI environments is an added advantage.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work on global ServiceNow transformation programs.\nDirect collaboration with CTO-level leadership and international stakeholders.\nExposure to AI-led innovation, intelligent automation, and next-generation enterprise platforms.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
