Working alongside PMO Leads, PMO Managers and delivery teams, the PMO Analyst will contribute to the production of high-quality management information and help ensure effective project and programme controls are maintained.\nThe successful candidate will play an important role in supporting successful delivery outcomes while building a strong foundation in PMO and project management disciplines.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the day-to-day delivery of PMO services across assigned projects, programmes and accounts.\nMaintain RAID logs, action trackers, dependency logs, milestone plans and governance documentation.\nAssist with the preparation of governance packs, dashboards, reports and management information.\nSupport governance meetings through meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking and follow-up activities.\nUpdate and maintain project schedules, resource information and project control documentation.\nPerform quality checks on PMO data and reporting, ensuring information is complete, accurate and up to date.\nSupport risk, issue and dependency management processes by maintaining records and escalating concerns where appropriate.\nAssist with financial administration activities, including timesheet tracking, purchase order administration and budget data maintenance.\nSupport resource management processes through maintenance of resource trackers and workforce information.\nEnsure PMO documentation and records are managed in accordance with agreed standards and controls.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and ways of working.\nBuild positive working relationships with project teams, stakeholders and PMO colleagues.\nSkills We Can’t Do Without\nStrong organisational and administrative skills.\nGood attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to plan and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment.\nBasic analytical skills and the ability to identify inconsistencies or exceptions in data.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.\nAwareness of project management and PMO disciplines, or a willingness to learn and develop.\nPositive, proactive and professional approach to work.\nContinuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for developing PMO capability.\nWorking knowledge of relevant PPM tools and systems, such as OneProject, RAID tools and financial systems.\nRelevant project, programme or PMO qualifications, such as PRINCE2, MSP, P3O or Agile, are desirable.\nAdditional Requirements\nCandidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance.\nLocation: UK-based.
