Ideal for self-starters who thrive in an independent, high-responsibility environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and shape modern Digital Workplace and EUC solutions for enterprise customers.\nLead customer discovery sessions and define workplace transformation strategies.\nArchitect solutions across Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, Intune, Windows 11, and VDI platforms.\nSupport bids, proposals, commercial modelling, and executive presentations.\nCollaborate with cloud, security, network, and service management teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nDefine managed workplace services incorporating automation, AI-powered support, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).\nPresent solution strategies and workplace transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders.\nSkills We Cannot Go Without\nMicrosoft Modern Workplace Expertise - Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Copilot.\nDigital Workplace & EUC Architecture - Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Digital Workplace, End User Computing (EUC), and workplace transformation solutions.\nVirtual Desktop Solutions - Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, VMwareHorizon, or similar VDI/DaaS platforms.\nWorkplace Security & Compliance - Understanding of Zero Trust, endpoint security, identity management, compliance controls, and secure hybrid working environments.\nPresales & Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to shape solutions, lead customer workshops, support bids, and present to both technical and executive audiences\nDesirable Experience\nExperience implementing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms and workplace analytics solutions.\nKnowledge of service desks, field services, and device lifecycle management services.\nExperience delivering workplace transformation projects within highly regulated environments such as Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Defence.\nFamiliarity with workplace automation, AI-powered support services, and employee productivity technologies.\nMicrosoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure certifications, or equivalent.\nExperience working within consulting, enterprise architecture, or managed services environments.\nBenefits:\nPension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10%\nPrivate medical cover\nIncome Protection\nLife Assurance\n25 days paid leave + National Holidays\nFlex benefits program\nNote: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required.
