The role requires a proven ability to apply both traditional and Agile delivery approaches while maintaining robust project controls, governance, risk management, change management, and financial oversight.\nYou will manage project teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery while supporting Atos' commercial objectives and maintaining strong customer relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership\nLead medium-sized, multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple locations and supplier organisations.\n\nCreate an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages team engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nCoach and support team members to develop their skills and maximise performance.\n\nReview project delivery approaches and recommend improvements based on lessons learned, industry trends, and Atos best practices.\n\nInfluence stakeholders and secure agreement for delivery improvements and project changes where required.\n\nProject Organisation & Governance\nPlan, manage, and control projects with internal and external dependencies.\n\nManage project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and baseline plans.\n\nMonitor budgets, costs, revenue, margins, and project financial performance.\n\nManage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while implementing appropriate mitigation actions.\n\nEnsure successful handover and acceptance of project deliverables, including service acceptance activities.\n\nDelivery Management\nConfirm project requirements and scope with stakeholders.\n\nEnsure compliance with agreed delivery methodologies, standards, and governance controls.\n\nMaintain effective configuration and change management throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance project effectiveness and customer outcomes.\n\nStakeholder & Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and proactively seek customer feedback.\n\nFacilitate discussions, negotiate outcomes, and resolve conflicts where required.\n\nCommunicate complex information effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders and project teams.\n\nLead presentations, reviews, and governance forums with confidence and credibility.\n\nCommercial & Financial Management\nManage project budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and profitability.\n\nIdentify and address delivery, commercial, contractual, and operational risks.\n\nManage end-to-end change control processes, including impact assessments covering cost, margin, schedule, quality, risk, and resource implications.\n\nWork closely with Account Managers to maintain strong customer relationships while supporting Atos' commercial interests.\n\nSupport the delivery of projects involving diverse technologies, suppliers, and commercial arrangements.\n\nSkills We Can't Do Without\nProven experience delivering medium-sized projects with values typically ranging between £2M and £5M.\n\nStrong project planning, governance, risk management, issue management, and change control experience.\n\nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple locations.\n\nStrong commercial and financial management capability.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills.\n\nSkills We'd Like\nExperience delivering technology transformation and cloud migration programmes.\n\nExperience delivering migration projects.\nKnowledge of both predictive and Agile project delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience working within complex multi-supplier delivery environments.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nCandidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC Clearance.\n\nMust be fully mobile in terms of assignment location.\n\nTravel and on-site attendance may be required depending on project and customer requirements.\n\nBenefits\n25 days paid leave + National Holidays\n\nPension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10%\n\nPrivate Medical Cover\n\nIncome Protection\n\nLife Assurance\n\nFlex Benefits Program\n\nWe are a care leaver friendly employer.
