Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nAs a Project Manager you will be expected to:\nPlan and scope the project to ensure appropriate detail and scrutiny are executed from inception.\nDeliver the end-to-end activities of regulatory, contractual, and discretionary change projects for Atos, BPS clients.\nManage activity stream leads, including the IT Solutions Design Manager, Risk Consultants, SMEs, Client-side stakeholders.\nProduce deliverables in accordance with the methodology being used to deliver the project (either waterfall, small change, or agile) using best practice toolsets\nLead from the front on dealing with sponsors, stakeholders, and in maintaining delivery behaviours across the project team that reflect confidence, transparency, and control.\nFollow the governance, controls and repeatable processes of the EB Change portfolio, including reporting and budgetary tasks.\nExternal Relationships: May involve working with 3rd party suppliers, internal Atos suppliers, and client-side\nInternal Relationships: Operational business stakeholders, sponsors, Risk SMEs, IT Technical leads\nBudget Holder: Responsible for the management of the project budget\nKey Tasks:\nWork on a number of projects simultaneously\nChair Working Delivery Groups, provide succinct and up to date reporting, manage escalations using appropriate governance, including items on the RAID log.\nLead the Business Analysts to deliver the required info gathering and analytical tasks to support\nSkills:\nLeading and motivating\nFull lifecycle understanding and competence\nPlanning and forecasting\nFacilitation (for risk and issue discovery)\nStakeholder Management\nCommunication and Reporting\nRequired Knowledge:\nProject lifecycles and their deliverables\nProject delivery in Life and Pensions sector, a basic understanding of the products, processes and regulatory context\nGovernance and RAID operation\nBusiness acceptance processes, and test verification\nPreferred Experience:\n5 years Project Management Experience in an L&P/Financial Services context\nRegulatory and Discretionary Change Delivery\nRisk and Controls project delivery\nQualifications: Preferred project management training in a formal method such as PRINCE2 or Agile.\nEssential Criteria - SC Eligibility\nTo be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.\nBenefits:\nPension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10%\nPrivate medical cover\nIncome Protection\nLife Assurance\n25 days paid leave + National Holidays\nFlex benefits program\nAt Atos, we want everyone to feel confident and supported throughout the recruitment process.
